Capstone Real Estate Development Announces First Commercial Tenant at Factory 243
September 27, 2021, Canandaigua, NY - Capstone Real Estate Development, LLC announces that Factory 243’s first commercial tenant, Red Argyle, is scheduled to move in this October. Factory 243 is a newly renovated, urban-style residential and commercial development located at the former site of the Lisk Manufacturing facility in Canandaigua, NY.

Beginning in September, Red Argyle will occupy 3,000 square feet of commercial office space within Factory 243’s Building #3. The company’s new headquarters will feature more than 20 workstations, 3 meeting rooms, and plenty of collaborative working space.

Factory 243 is currently comprised of three residential loft and apartment buildings, one commercial building, an on-site cafe, and a newly restored storage facility.
Over the next few years, Factory 243 plans to restore additional buildings that are located on the property for residential and commercial use to accommodate the region’s ever-expanding needs.
