Factory 243 brings urban-style lofts to downtown canandaigua

The Lisk Manufacturing Company, which closed its Canandaigua operations in 1965, was a leading producer of anti-rusting tinware and enamelware in the first half of the 20th century and employed up to 800 people in Canandaigua at the height of its success. Throughout Factory 243’s construction process, which began in summer 2017, Capstone was mindful of preservation, exposing each building’s original charm as much as possible.
The property is located within walking distance from Canandaigua’s City Center as well as the north shore of Canandaigua Lake. The Ontario Pathways Trail System, New York State Thruway, and Finger Lakes Wine Region are also in close proximity.
